little chef + big chef: a scientific meal

In this class, kids (ages 6 and up) and their sous chefs will get to mix up some sweet and savory treats with science. Doug Grieble, science teacher and owner of Hopped Corn, will lead these chef teams through several culinary experiments - solar roasted hot dogs, liquid nitrogen ice cream, and more. By the end, kitchen crews will have created a great meal to share. Each will leave with recipes and tips on how to make more meals together at home. No previous cooking experience required.

Reservations are $25 for one kid and one grown-up.
