While it is great to look at the authentic regional dishes of Indian cuisine, sometimes what people want is a "really great curry" and these four dishes (onion bhaji, chicken korma + vegetarian korma, cilantro mint chutney and laccha paratha) are Simon's go to recipes for recreating the meals of your favorite Indian restaurant. As well as demonstrating and sharing samples of the dishes, Simon will share stories about their history and about his own Indian heritage.
